To the Mamas Who are Crying

January 29, 2015 By: Heather

Mamas...You Are Not Alone

To the mamas that are crying this morning…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who are angry…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who are lonely…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who feel unappreciated…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who feel they’ve lost their way…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who don’t have time for a shower this morning…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who are mad at their kids…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who yelled at their kids this morning…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who feel like their teenagers wouldn’t notice if they disappeared…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who can’t event go to the bathroom alone, because – toddlers…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who feel overwhelmed…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who forgot to send the signed permission slip to school…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who are frustrated…you’re not alone.

To the mamas of potty training toddlers…you’re not alone.

To the mamas of kids getting their license…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who don’t make their own baby food…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who do make their own baby food…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who work outside the home…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who work in the home…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who worry…you’re not alone.

To the mamas feeling let they’ve let their kids down…you’re not alone.

To the mamas dropping kids off at daycare for the first time, wondering how you’ll manage with someone else holding your heart…you’re not alone.

To the mamas of kids getting married, praying their child’s spouse will take good care of that same heart…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who feel like they’re barely holding it together…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who forgot to put money in the lunch account…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who forgot to switch the laundry and sent the kids to school in dirty clothes…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who feel invisible…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who can’t wait for their kids to get older so they can have some peace…you’re not alone.

To the mamas of adult kids wishing their kids into infants again…you’re not alone.

To the mamas filled with regret…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who judge other mamas…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who have been judged by other mamas…you’re not alone.

To the mamas at Target trying to manage the loudest toddler tantrum yet…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who just want to be swept away to a tropical island, all by yourself, with a good book and cocktail…you’re not alone.

To the mamas who feel guilty for feeling any of this…you’re not alone.

To ALL the mamas…you are not alone.
